I encourage parents, carers and community members supporting young people to attend a free mental health workshop hosted by headspace with 49 new sessions now available.
The online workshops will help parents and carers better understand the unique challenges young people are facing and teach how to access appropriate support, particularly during COVID.
These workshops will help parents and carers improve their mental health literacy, teaching them to recognise danger signs, learn shareable coping skills and understand what support is available locally.
